Originally, the summary sounded like this:

We killed that.

Because stakeholders already know that.

They want what the research tells them that they didn’t know.

So we reworked the summary into this:

After evaluating revenue declines and signs of eroding trust, it’s clear that Liberty Loop isn’t just a retention play—it’s a signal of how the brand can reconnect. To stay competitive, the next step is doubling down on digital presence and customer engagement where competitors are already gaining ground.
